DIRECTOR OF SALES
The Resort at Paws Up, Greenough, Montana Recruited for this short-term assignment to work with the Owner and assist National Sales Managers to increase year-round revenue for one of the top resorts in the world. Brought on to lead and assist with implementation of Salesforce software due to prior expertise. Conceptualized and implemented sales plan to uncover new markets and cultivate relationships on the leisure and group side of business.
• Worked with Director of Revenue Management and other property Leadership to develop pricing strategies, unique seasonal packages, as well as Group and Transient promotions.
• Developed new relationships with travel agents, leisure and corporate groups utilizing Cvent, Fonteva, Travel Leaders, Signature and Virtuoso Travel Networks. Conducting in office presentations and property site tours.
• Responsible for creating a creative sales agenda and marketing plan focused on building off-season and needperiod demand.
• Leveraged technology to track monthly, weekly and daily performance data to pinpoint future need periods.
• Solicited and generated new group business by prospecting on Social Media, Cvent, attending networking events and following up on Group and Leisure Sales inquiries and referrals.
General Manager-Director of Sales
Recruited to open new Hotel & Resort and Luxury Summer Cottages. Partnered closely with Owner and President/CEO to develop and launch a successful operational and sales strategy when it comes to all aspects of opening and growing the resort and nine luxury cottages.
• Led onboarding, training and mentoring for all resort departments, including Sales Managers, Front Office, Guest Services, Spa/Wellness, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping.
• Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Resort/Hotel departments.

Recruited to open new Hotel, collaborating closely with Owner and corporate office to develop and launch a successful destination Island Resort, full-service waterfront restaurant and event center.
